Job summary
In ECIs the school janitor is responsible for Keeping classrooms, offices and the premise in clean and
orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing
walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing
routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris
from sidewalk.

Skills and Qualifications
 High school certificate
 Prior experience for at least 3 years as a cleaner or similar duties.
 Able to communicate in English
 A reasonable level of physical fitness.
 Service oriented requirements
 Organized, focused and able to follow detail given instructions.
 Arabic knowledge is an advantage
